Promotional Offers & Discount Policy

This policy defines the terms governing promotional offers, discounts, coupon codes and other special pricing mechanisms provided by Hostry Compute LLC ("Hostry", "we", "us", "our") (collectively, "Promotions").

1. Scope and Eligibility

Promotions apply only to new service orders.

Promotions do not apply to:

• renewals of existing services;
• upgrades or downgrades;
• service migrations;
• replacement of existing services;
• previously suspended or terminated services.

Hostry determines eligibility for any Promotion at its sole discretion.

2. Promotional Period and Billing Term

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• promotional pricing applies only to the initial billing term selected at the time of order;
• after the promotional period ends, the service is automatically billed at the standard non-discounted rate in effect at the time of renewal.

The customer is responsible for checking the standard renewal rate before ordering. Renewal at the standard rate is not grounds for a refund.

3. Coupon Codes

Coupon codes:

• are subject to activation limits;
• may expire without notice;
• may be withdrawn before the announced end of a Promotion;
• cannot be combined, stacked or applied concurrently with other Promotions;
• cannot be reused unless expressly permitted.

Hostry does not guarantee availability of a promotional coupon code for the entire advertised period. Where multiple Promotions are available, Hostry determines which one, if any, applies.

4. Replacement of Existing Services

Promotional orders may not be used to substitute, replace, replicate or continue an existing service.

If Hostry reasonably determines that a promotional order was placed to replace, duplicate or continue an existing service, Hostry may cancel the promotional order or bill the service at the standard rate. Such determinations are final.

5. Finality of Promotional Orders

All promotional orders are final. This means:

• no refunds and no account credit;
• no cancellations;
• no replacements;
• no service changes after activation.

Customers are responsible for verifying service parameters, location and specifications before ordering.

6. Excluded Services and Add-Ons

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Promotions do not apply to:

• operating system licenses;
• commercial control panels;
• third-party software licenses;
• domain name registrations and transfers;
• SSL certificates;
• add-on services and paid options.

These items are billed at their standard rates.

7. Abuse of Promotions

Abuse or misuse of Promotions — including repeated creation of accounts to obtain discounts, use of false or misleading information, and circumvention of eligibility restrictions — violates this policy and the Master Service Agreement, and may result in cancellation of promotional orders, suspension or termination of services, and refusal of future promotional eligibility.

8. Free and Trial Services

Free, trial and bundled services are provided without any availability commitment and are excluded from the Service Level Agreement. Hostry may modify, limit or discontinue any free or trial offering at any time without notice.

9. Relationship to Other Policies

This policy operates together with the Master Service Agreement, the Refund & Payment Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Service Suspension & Retention Policy. Nothing in this policy limits Hostry's enforcement rights under the Master Service Agreement.

10. Updates

Hostry may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Changes apply prospectively and do not affect Promotions already applied to an active service for its current term.
